TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TAGGING #MYTADASHISHOJI:

By tagging your photographs and videos (together, the "Photos") #MYTADASHISHOJI on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tumblr, or uploading a photo to TADASHISHOJI.COM/GALLERY, you hereby grant TADASHI SHOJI, and its agents, affiliates and/or assignees, a non- exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the Photos, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from you, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed, in connection with the #MYTADASHISHOJI hub. You also grant TADASHI SHOJI permission to use and authorize others to use your name or social media handle and any profile picture you provide in association with the Photos for identification, publicity related to the #MYTADASHISHOJI hub, and for similar promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Photos you tag using the hashtag #MYTADASHISHOJI or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these terms and conditions; (ii) the posting and use of your Photos on TADASHI SHOJI'S page or timeline on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tumblr and on the website located at www.tadashishoji.com, does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; and (iii) you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these terms and conditions. You hereby release TADASHI SHOJI and its agents, affiliates and/ or assignees from any and all claims for damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Photos.

Upload photos wearing a style created by Tadashi Shoji

Be original and let your personal style shine; remember that creativity has no limits

Make sure your uploaded photo is clear, we do not want to miss out on any details

Be sure to crop images so that only the photo intended is visible. (ie. when taking a screenshot on from mobile phone)

DON’T

Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities

Attempt to, or harass, abuse, offend or harm Tadashi Shoji, another person, or group

Contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement

Contain images /artwork or other copyrighted material that is not your own

Show license plates, phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email) or other information that could be personally identifiable of any person
